2. Age Requirement

• The minimum age for registration is 18 years for Brides and 21 years for Grooms.
• Only candidates above the specified age can register on Gujarati Matrimony Bureau

3. Providing True Information

• It is the responsibility of each candidate to provide truthful information.
• Gujarati Matrimony Bureau will not be responsible for any incorrect information posted by users.

4. Photo Upload Guidelines

• Uploading a personal photo is mandatory to attract more attention to your profile.
• Upload photos with dress up and clear photo. Group photos or inappropriate images will not be accepted.

5. Registration Fees & Payment

• Registration fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.
• Fees must be paid online only through the platform.
• We never ask for payments via phone calls. Please be cautious of any such requests..

6. Communication & Matches

• Only paid members can view contact numbers on a weekly basis.
• Contacting multiple profiles without serious intent may result in termination without a refund.
• Some members may not display their contact details for privacy reasons, but you can send them interest requests.
• We only facilitate the exchange of contact numbers; fixing marriages is not guaranteed.

7. Follow-up Responsibility

• Members should follow up regularly with matches. Gujarati Matrimony Bureau is not responsible for verifying information or arranging meetings.
• Parents and candidates must verify the details of other members independently.

8. Marriage Confirmation

• Members must inform Gujarati Matrimony Bureau when their marriage or engagement is fixed to avoid unnecessary calls. If not informed, your profile will remain visible until your plan expires.
• If your marriage is fixed, notify us via email info@gujaratimatrimonybureau.com
• Delete your profile from the portal after marriage fixed.

9. No Marriage Guarantee

• We do not guarantee marriage through our platform, as our role is limited to helping exchange contact number

10. Service Changes

• Gujarati Matrimony Bureau reserves the right to modify or stop any services at any time without prior notice.

11. Profile Management

• Members are responsible for checking their profile information and photos after uploading and making corrections if needed.

12.Privacy Policy & Communication

• We may send promotional messages, reminders, or support updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can opt out by informing us.

13. Caste Verification

• If we detect suspicious activity, we may request your caste certificate or school leaving certificate for verification. Until verified, your profile will be temporarily put on hold.

14. Jurisdiction

• Any disputes related to our services will be resolved in the courts of Nashik only.
